Date: Thursday, September 26, 2024 Time: 6:30pm doors, 7pm stories. Location: Sugar Maple, 441 E Lincoln Ave, Milwaukee, WI 53207 Cost: $12 advance / $15 at the door if tickets remain. Limited Pay-it-forward tickets available! Advance ticket sales end September 26 at 2pm CST. Ex Fabula StorySlams are live events where community members connect and share true, personal stories related to the night’s theme, told without props or notes. Come just to listen – or throw your name in the hat for a chance to share a true story related to the theme of Pets. At the end of the night, the audience votes by secret ballot to crown an Audience Favorite, who will be invited to share a story at ALL STARS in May. The audience can also be a part of the storytelling by submitting UltraShorts! These are "ultra-short" stories on the night's theme that will be read onstage by the emcee. Ex Fabula’s 15th Birthday Bash

Date: Thursday, March 21st, 2024 Time: 6:00pm - 9:00pm Location: The Cooperage, 822 S Water St, Milwaukee, WI 53204 Online ticket sales ended at 2pm CST March 21st. Tickets may be available at the door if supplies last. Join us for Ex Fabula’s Birthday Bash to celebrate the last 15 years and support Ex Fabula’s ongoing work to build community and foster empathy! The Birthday Bash is a party and a fundraiser that will include:

Snacks, drinks, and music
Booths with interactive activities
A unique silent auction that highlights Ex Fabula's work and mission
And a dance party to end the night!

Each ticket includes:

One free drink (two if you are a member!)
A selection of hors d'oeuvres
A unique bag of party favors

Tickets start at $35, but if you are interested in supporting this event at a higher level, please consider our Friend of Ex Fabula or Champion of Ex Fabula ticket options. Friends and Champions will be recognized on event signage!

The 5th Annual Deaf Stories Project StorySlam is an evening of true and personal stories told by Deaf community members. Storytellers share stories on the night's theme. This event is free and open to the public! ASL to Spoken English Interpretation provided.
