Friday’s event takes place at Satin Wave Beauty Salon and Barbershop at 6446 W Fond Du Lac Avenue at 8 p.m.. As you make your way to the event, ponder this historical fun fact:

Fond Du Lac Avenue was once a plank road connecting Milwaukee with the farm region to its northwest.
