Member Credit Instructions

Thanks for being an Ex Fabula member! Your investment supports our mission and gets you some great benefits. Please take advantage of them!

To access your member benefits, first log in to www.exfabula.org

  • “Login” appears at the top of every page if you aren’t logged in– on the right, near Cart.
  • Forgot your username or password? Click “Log in”; the next screen has a “Lost your password” option.

To see membership details, click “My Account”

  • You must be logged in for this option to appear
  • “Subscriptions” will show one or more memberships.
  • Click on “View” to see:
    the membership level
    the date when your membership will automatically renew. We’ll send reminder emails prior to auto-renewal in case you want to make any changes.
    options to cancel your membership, add/change your payment method, or renew now.
  • “Coupons” shows your member credit and discount coupons.
  • “Address” allows you to update your billing address.
  • “Payment methods” will show any cards you have saved.
  • “Account details” allows you to change your email and/or password

To reserve tickets using your member credit

  • Click “Events” or visit exfabula.org/tickets.
  • Click on an event.
  • Select a kind of ticket (most likely “general admission”)
  • Click the + if you want more than 1 ticket and then “Add to cart”
  • The top of the page will note that something was added to your cart.
    Click “Continue shopping” if you want additional items.
  • When you’re done shopping, apply coupons or member credit by clicking on them.
  • Scroll down to verify that coupons have been applied and click ‘Proceed to Checkout’
  • Billing tab: your address should already be saved; click Continue.
  • Additional Information: enter any notes if needed; click Continue.
  • Review and Payment: add a credit card if needed.
    Scroll down, click “terms and conditions”, and “Place order”!
  • Celebrate!
